Great for those of us who feel a bit tight or stiff in the arches, or who want to promote a bit of flexibility in the underside of the foot. Whether that be for pre or rehab purposes, or keeping things like plantar fasciitis at bay, these hard maple wood massage balls are a great thing to have in your tool box.

Simply roll the bottom of your feet over them, and allow the targeted compression to the deep tissues to stimulate the healing process
