These spikey balls measure 9.5cm in diameter and are covered in small nodules that are designed to get into those sore and tight muscles, making them a great massage and  acupressure tool to use at home, work, or while you're on the run.

Best of all, you can use them almost all over your body, and tune the level of therapy by adjusting the pressure you apply to a level that you can tolerate, and vary it as you need!
